Q. Is there a fee to have an initial consultation?
A. There is no cost or obligation for an initial consultation. Simply contact Rosa Carpentry and we will arrange a meeting at your home or our convenient showroom to discuss your project requirements.
Q. Will I be given a firm price or can I expect surprises to pop up?
A. Once we have approved material selections and final design, you will be given a firm fixed contract price. The price will not change unless you change the project specifications.
Q. Can you provide references?
A. Absolutely, we would be happy to provide a list of references for you to contact.
Q. Can you come with me to look at tile and material?
A. Sure, we are here to help you in any way we can.
Q. What are the steps for my project?
A. 1) Telephone Call- Call Rosa Carpentry and we will arrange to meet with you at your home to discuss your future remodeling plans and ideas.
2) Home Visit- During our meeting, your ideas and needs will be discussed and measurements will be taken. A following appointment in our showroom to pick out materials may be needed.
3) Estimate, Specifications & Plans- Once a design concept has been developed to your complete satisfaction, an appointment will be made for you to come to our showroom to discuss specifications and costs of your project.

offers a complete package of services to your specific remodeling requirements.
We coordinate carpenters, plumbers, electricians, roofers, tile men, painters,
etc as needed.
We offer a complete service for the
busy homeowner.
